看完这支影片，相信你也认识了一些增进沟通能力的方法。不过即使沟通再有技巧，生活中也难免遇到难以沟通的状况，例如，想沟通却吃了“闭门羹”，想好好解决问题，对方却老爱“装傻”或“顾左右而言它”。这时该怎么用英文表达呢？

拒绝沟通
◎ cold shoulder 闭门羹
要表示刻意冷落某人、给某人吃闭门羹，可以用 give someone the cold shoulder 这个表达法。若要表示吃了闭门羹，则可以说 be given the cold shoulder。例如：
A: I tried to chat with my roommate yesterday but was given the cold shoulder. （我昨天试图跟我室友聊天，却吃了闭门羹。）
B: Maybe something’s bothering her at the moment. Don’t take it to heart.（她那时可能正在为一些事心烦。别太往心里去。）
◎ silent treatment 冷战
字面意思是“沉默的对待”。要表示长时间不跟对方说话或跟对方冷战，可以用 give someone the silent treatment 这个表达法。例如：
A: Why such a long face?（怎么一副苦瓜脸？）
B: My girlfriend is giving me the silent treatment. I don’t know what to do.（我女友正在跟我冷战。我不知道该怎么办。）
不好好沟通
除了拒绝沟通，敷衍、装傻等不好好沟通的行为，也是让人相当无奈。
◎ give someone the runaround 敷衍搪塞、顾左右而言他
Runaround 是“欺骗、推延的行为”，而这个片语就是用来形容一个人说话敷衍。例如：
I've had enough! Stop giving me the runaround and answer my question.（我受够了！别再顾左右而言他，回答我的问题。）
◎ play / act dumb 装傻、装蒜
Dumb 是“愚蠢的”，所以这个片语就是中文常说的“装傻、装蒜”啦！例如：
Don’t play dumb with me. I know you did all this.（别跟我装蒜。我知道这全是你做的。）

吵起来了
有时候情绪一来，彼此之间根本不是沟通，而是在对骂或是口水战。
◎ call somebody names 谩骂、辱骂
这个表达法是“辱骂”的意思。要注意 names 是复数形式，而 somebody 是受格，不是所有格喔。例如：
Joseph called me names in front of everyone. I’ll never talk to him again.（Joseph 在所有人面前辱骂我。我再也不会跟他说话了。）
这个句子小心不要写成：called me name (X) 或 called my names (X) 喔。
◎ shouting match 大声吵嚷的争论、口水战
这个表达法的字面意思是“喊叫的比赛”，类似中文说的“口水战”。例如：
The public hearing turned into a shouting match. Nobody’s really listening to each other.（公听会沦为一场口水战。没有人真正在听对方在说什么。）
